AKC Miniature Schnauzers
We proudly guarantee the health of each puppy. The following agreement will be signed by the seller and the buyer at the time of purchase. If the puppy must be shipped to the buyer, the buyer will sign the health agreement and return to us along with a copy of the buyer's Veterinarian health certificate as stated below.
Health Agreement
Buyer wishes to purchase this Miniature
Schnauzer puppy for $__________and take possession on ___________.
Buyer agrees to abide by the terms as stated in this agreement. This
transaction is under the following warranties and/or conditions and no
other warranties or conditions are expressed or implied.
Seller guarantees the puppy to be in
good health at the time the buyer takes possession on above stated
date. Within three (3) business days, the buyer will take the
puppy to a Veterinarian for verification of health. A copy
of the report is to be forwarded to the seller.
Should the puppy be unhealthy, it may be
returned with papers, within three (3) business days with written
explanation from the Veterinarian and the expense of the buyer.
Seller will exchange this puppy for another of equal value (sex,
color, and cost) as soon as one is available. NO CASH
REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Seller
guarantees the puppy to be free of serious genetic problems for the
period of one (1) year from the time the buyer takes possession.
Should a licensed Veterinarian diagnose the
puppy of a life threatening genetic problem since birth, it may be
returned with papers with a written explanation from the
Veterinarian at the expense of the buyer. Seller will exchange
this puppy for another of equal value (sex, color, and cost) as soon
as one is available. If the puppy should die from a suspected
genetic problem since birth, the buyer must have an autopsy
performed and the results must be given to the seller. Seller
will provide a replacement puppy of equal value (sex, color, and
cost) as soon as one is available; if the autopsy results state that
the cause of death of puppy is directly related to a genetic defect.
NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Buyer
shall take proper precautions for care and safety of the puppy.
Care shall include but is not limited to: a fenced yard, proper
shelter, proper exercise, quality food, fresh water, vaccinations
and other care provided by a Veterinarian. All warranties are
invalid if puppy’s illness or death is the result of neglect,
exposure to weather, injury, choking or poisoning.
Buyer
shall be responsible for all liabilities or expenses connected with
the above-mentioned puppy after taking possession.
All terms
of this agreement are binding. This agreement is made and signed
to assure the well being and protection of this puppy. No part of
this agreement shall be altered without permission and agreement of both
parties. Buyer has read and understands this agreement and accepts
the terms listed.
